This analysis looks at the trends in COVID-19 cases across several local areas in the state of Virginia. We use data from the Virginia Department of Health. The source data was downloaded from the Virginia Department of Health website and is as of March 25, 2022.

The local areas included are Northern Virginia, Southeast Virginia (including Norfolk), Richmond area, Charlottesville area, and Peninsula area (including Williamsburg, James City, Newport News, Poquoson, York, and Hampton).
